Stress and Heart Health: What Every Woman Needs to Know
Your heart wasn’t designed to run on adrenaline and overwhelm. And yet, many women live in that state daily. Chronic stress increases your risk of hypertension, heart disease, and stroke—but for women, it also contributes to a condition called “broken heart syndrome,” a stress-induced heart failure that mimics a heart attack (Shah et al., 2021). This condition overwhelmingly affects women.

We give so much—love, care, attention—yet rarely pause to ask, “What is this doing to my heart?” Our culture glorifies busy while your sacred body begs for pause. The faster we move, the more our heart suffers—not just emotionally, but physiologically. Your nervous system and your heart are in constant conversation, and stress makes them speak in panic.

It’s time to choose sacred slowness. To give your heart the peace it’s been craving. When you say yes to rest, to softening, to sisterhood—you choose life. The Peaceful Power Circle is your sanctuary to start.

Meet Hyacinth Kirnon

Hyacinth K. – A Journey of Service, Soul, and Sovereignty

Hyacinth K. is a heart-centered architect of transformation — a powerhouse visionary who blends soul, science, and strategy to help women release stress, reclaim their purpose, and rise to their next level of leadership.

Her professional journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health Administration from the City College of New York. This path led her to impactful work as a Public Health Investigator. After relocating, she transitioned to the Department of Labor, where she served as an Interviewer and later took on roles as a Career Development Specialist and Coach. Over 33 years in the helping field, Hyacinth guided countless individuals toward personal and professional breakthroughs.

Her academic achievements include a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Bridgeport and doctoral-level coursework in Clinical Social Work. After decades of dedicated public service, Hyacinth made a bold decision — to reclaim her freedom and pursue a life of deeper fulfillment.

Following a meaningful season of reflection and travel, she embraced her passion for the travel industry, becoming a Travel Agent who not only curates life-changing journeys but also mentors others to launch their travel businesses. Her entrepreneurial spirit expanded into a venture offering advanced wellness products, including health care, skincare, personal care, and home care.

Amid these ventures, a deeper calling emerged — a desire to create sacred, soul-aligned spaces for women to heal, connect, and rise. Hyacinth fully embraced her purpose and became a Certified Stress Management Coach, channeling her decades of experience into transformational coaching programs and women's circles.

She created the C.A.R.E. Formula™, a powerful framework guiding women through Connection, Awareness, Reflection, and Empowerment, and developed the 12-week signature program Peaceful Power: Unlocking Your Stress-Free Self.

As the founder of The R.E.S.T. Collective — a sanctuary where women gather to Release, Embrace, Support, and Transform — Hyacinth leads curated circles, retreats, and guided experiences that foster personal growth, stress relief, and feminine leadership.

Aligned with her mission, she also facilitates through Sistership Circle, a global feminine leadership platform that provides women with tools to:
- Reclaim their voice
- Heal the sisterhood wound
- Embody authentic connection
- Lead with feminine power
- Hold sacred space for transformation

Whether she’s leading a circle, coaching a client, booking a dream retreat, or teaching someone to launch a business, Hyacinth blends compassion with clarity and sacred wisdom with strategic action.

✨ She’s soulful. She’s strategic. She’s got spreadsheets and sage. This is transformation — the Hyacinth way.
